GENERAL PURPOSE WATER TREATMENT MACHINE 1000L/HR 

This system is designed for treating water intended for general household or commercial use, ensuring it becomes cleaner, safer, and more suitable for daily applications. The process begins with pre-chlorination, which helps eliminate harmful microorganisms early in the treatment cycle.

This is followed by flocculation, a stage that binds fine suspended particles into larger clusters, making them easier to remove.

The water then passes through sand filtration, where these impurities are physically filtered out to improve clarity. Next, carbon filtration absorbs chlorine, organic compounds, and odor-causing elements, greatly enhancing water quality. The inclusion of birm filters helps reduce iron and manganese content naturally, using catalytic action without chemicals.

pH adjustment is then applied to balance the water’s acidity or alkalinity, protecting plumbing systems and optimizing overall water quality. Activated alumina is used to reduce fluoride and other specific contaminants to safe levels.

Finally, the treated water is directed to a storage tank (provided by the client), ready for general use.
